Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with any unopened or unused item, simply let us know so that we can make it right! 

Please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact Chris at chris@papabearspice.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Open or used food products cannot be returned. 

Merchandise that is worn and/or missing tags cannot be returned.
